What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes from XS to 5XL in some shirts. Please refer to our size guide for specific measurements.  

How do I know which size will fit me best?

You can use our size guide on each product page to compare your measurements with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

What materials are your clothes made from?

We use a variety of high-quality fabrics including cotton, polyester, wool, and blends, ensuring comfort, durability, and style. Specific material information is listed on each product page and above in the size offers.

  • T shirts are 100% cotton.  

  • Heathered colors: 35% ring-spun cotton, 65% polyester;  90% cotton, 10% polyester, 50% ring-spun cotton, 50% polyester. 

  • V-necks: 100% cotton

  • Hoodies: 50% cotton and 50% polyester

Are your products ethically sourced?

We are committed to sourcing US ethically-grown cotton. We also work with Oeko-Tex, a certification system that ensures the safety of textiles.  

How do I care for my clothes?

Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the care label on your items for specific instructions on washing, drying, and ironing.

What is Shipping Insurance?

To ensure the safety and protection of your order during transit, we offer an optional shipping insurance service. By selecting this option, you safeguard your purchase against potential loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

What if I decline shipping insurance?  

If you choose NOT to opt for shipping insurance, please be aware that your order will be shipped at your own risk. In the event of loss, damage, or theft during transit, The Soul’s Journey Shop will not be held responsible or liable for any resulting claims or losses.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy for more details.

How do I make a return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, initiate the process at TSJS Returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

We strive to complete each order perfectly, however if you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at send@thesoulsjourneyshop.com with photos of the issue, and we will help you resolve the problem.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is confirmed, we strive to begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make changes if the order has not begun processing. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order through your account page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

You can sign up for a first-purchase discount when you land on our page.   This will also ensure you are one of the first to know about upcoming new collections and items.

How do I unsubscribe from your site?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
